Cancellation or Refund Policy

Please Note:

Cancellation- Please note that your Deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

By Client.  Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. All requests for cancellations and/or rescheduling must be received in writing.

 If Client cancels the event up to 90 days prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to fifty percent (50%) refund of paid balance with the exception of any non-refundable deposits. In the event that your event is cancelled within 60 days of your event, it will be entitled to twenty five percent (25%) with the exception of any non-refundable deposits. If you postpone/or reschedule your event date within the 60-day mark of your date, you will need to pay the remaining balance plus 25% additional fee (due 5 days after rescheduling) of the total contract to cover us not being able to re-book your date or any materials and products we have already purchased. If Client cancels less than 30 days prior to the event date, it will not be entitled to a refund.

By Designer- Dainty Kreations Elegant Events reserves the right to cancel the contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met due to abusive behavior, inappropriate behavior or failure to pay us. If Designer cancels, she must provide a suitable, replacement Designer subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, Designer shall refund all monies previously paid by Client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits, which were agreed to by Client.
